Tareq is passionate about the good and healthy everyday meal where food is prepared from scratch. The company was started in the fall of 2018, when Tareq teamed up with some friends with the common idea and desire to provide people with good food prepared from scratch, completely without preservatives and artificial additives, and always with fresh ingredients. All dishes from Maten é klar are created by Tareq Taylor and prepared by chefs from our restaurant kitchen in Lund.

For us, it is a matter of course that we set the same high standards for ready-made food as for the food we cook and eat ourselves. It must be good, nutritious, varied and easy to serve. With inspiration from around the world, we always use 100% natural ingredients, prepared with skill and passion.
